The goal of WCS’s Community Habilitation Program is to improve the lives of the people enrolled in the program by fostering their independence, increasing positive decision making skills and improving their community relationships. The program implements these goals by working with each person to target their specific needs while focusing on their strengths. WCS is a program that focuses on personal choice, community resources, and creating an inclusive circle of support for the person and their family.
