Wraparound Services of the Hudson Valley’s goal is to ensure that every life we touch experiences caring, compassion, professionalism and person centered services.  We are well known throughout our region for quality, relation based services, that strive to assist the person with disabilities to be as independent as possible.  We offer a variety of residential supports to ensure that people have options regarding where and with whom they want to live. We offer residential placement ranging from 24-hour care to supportive environments where staff are able to assist as needed. WSHV also supplies transportation to medical appointments through residential services with medical oversight from skilled nursing staff.
