LEADERSHIP

Austin Rynne, Chief Executive Officer 

Austin has worked in the field of Human Services and supporting individuals with developmental disabilities for over 25 years. Years after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering he decided to make a career and life change directed toward helping others and went on to earn his Master’s in Physical Therapy. He worked in very diverse healthcare settings from Early Intervention to Children’s Inpatient and Rehabilitation to Adult Outpatient and Sports Therapy to Geriatric Therapy. He also learned the administrative side of insurance companies and managed care side while working in Utilization Review for United Health Group where he went on to earn his Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

Following his work with UHG, he decided to permanently move into work in administration of agencies providing developmental disability services. Over the past 15 years he has progressively advanced in his administrative responsibilities up to his current role as the Chief Executive Officer here at WSHV, having previously served as Chief Operating Officer for six years.

Austin currently lives in New Paltz is married and a proud father of two boys.

Fabio Alvarez, Chief Financial Officer 

Fabio Alvarez is an MBA graduate from SUNY Binghamton and is a seasoned Financial Executive with experience managing and mentoring accounting teams in various industries. He has been a key member on several Executive Teams developing, implementing, and tracking short- and long-term objectives necessary to gauge the financial well-being of agencies and corporations.  Fabio currently lives in New Paltz, is happily married and a father of three boys.

Ashlee Quesnell, Senior Director of Education and Organizational Supports

Ashlee has been part of the Wraparound Services of the Hudson Valley family since January of 2009.  Prior to becoming principal, she had many experiences at WSHV including teaching assistant and special education teacher.  Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Marist College, a Master’s in Education from Walden University and most recently a Certificate of Advance Graduate Studies in Educational Administration from SUNY New Paltz.

Ashlee currently resides in Kingston, N.Y with her husband and three children.

Kelly Creswick, Senior Director of OPWDD Programs and Organizational Engagement

Kelly grew up in the Hudson Valley and started her career in the field as a personal care assistant. While she got her Bachelor’s degree in health education and a Master’s degree in Human Services, she worked as a Medicaid Service Coordinator,  Direct Support Professional in multiple programs, Coordinator of Community Habilitation, Director of Day and Community Services and now the Senior Director of OPWDD programs and employee engagement. Kelly is happily married and has 3 children, Cooper and twins – Beau and Oliver.

Terri Nightengale, Residential Director

Terri Nightengale got her start at the age of nineteen, working as a support to a personal friend with a disability.  She formally entered the field as a Direct Support Professional with New Horizons, where she spent thirty years rising through the ranks to a director position.  In addition to her work with those with disabilities, she spent four years at a technical school studying floral design and horticulture.  She currently resides in Kerhonkson, NY.

Maureen Goshea, Director of Human Resources

Maureen is the most veteran member of the leadership team, having been with the organization since 1998.

Melissa Zambri, Corporate Compliance Officer

Melissa is the Agency’s corporate compliance officer. She is a practicing attorney, focusing her practice on corporate and regulatory compliance for the health care industry. She has been practicing law for over 20 years and has been counsel to many providers in the developmental disabilities field. Melissa is also an adjunct professor of management at Clarkson University’s Capital Region Campus, teaching Legal Aspects of Health Care, and at Albany Law School, teaching Health Care and HIPAA Compliance. Melissa is a graduate of Albany Law School and Union College, where she concurrently received her JD, cum laude, and MBA in health systems administration. She is also a graduate of Siena College, where she graduated summa cum laude in finance. She was name as one of The Best Lawyers in America in the practice area of Health Care Law from 2013-2022.
